Leads in Velocity- Force push to 'New Deal' Instructions
Some times you will have people start applications, not finish, but they get stuck in the 'lead' stage in Velocity dashboard. Leads do not pull in, it must be recognized as deal. If this happens, we have found a solution to move/convert that lead to a deal. This will then push the deal into Brokeredge.
- Go to your Dashboard in Velocity
- Open the 'lead' with the square/up arrow and click
- Then go to 'Actions>Convert to new' this pushes the deal in Velocity out of that lead stage and should show up in Brokeredge shortly after
This will move it out of lead and turn into a deal to push to Brokeredge.
