Troubleshooting Velocity Deals

If you are having issues with Velocity deals not syncing, not pulling, or not showing up in Brokeredge, here are some troubleshooting steps.

Common problems:

• Velocity deals not pulling into Brokeredge
• Deals not syncing from Velocity
• Missing deals from Velocity

If manually pulling the deal(s) from Velocity doesn't work, there are 3 additional ways you can try troubleshooting:

1. Check if the Velocity account is the same one connected on Brokeredge. Deals will not pull if the accounts are different.
2. If the deal on Velocity is under the status "Historical", change it to a different status that makes sense for the deal. Historical deals are not able to be manually pulled.
3. Leads stuck in Velocity dashboard. Sometimes people start applications and not finish, but they get stuck in the 'lead' stage in Velocity dashboard. Leads do not pull in - it must be recognized as a deal. If this happens, you can follow the article here to push the deal to Brokeredge.
