CC Team Members on Automated Emails

Brokerage lets you easily include team members—such as an assistant—in the loop for automated emails. Here's how to customize who gets CC'd:

  1. Access the Automated Email:
    • Open any automated email and navigate to the Message Details section.
  2. Add a CC Recipient:
    • You'll see an option labeled "CC Team Member on Send."
    • Click this option to add a team member who should also receive the email sent to the contact.
  3. Approval Email Option:
    • If you want your team member to receive an approval email before the message is sent to the contact, click the corresponding option.
    • This setting defaults to your assistant, but you can modify it by adding or removing team members as needed.
