Search Emails In Outlook/Gmail

On the main dashboard, you can easily see all the emails sent directly from Brokerage. For a deeper look at your communication history, click into any contact to view their email activity. This view includes:

• Brokerage Emails:

  All emails sent from Brokerage appear in the contact's email activity.

• Outlook Integration:

  If you use Outlook, Brokerage performs a quick search for emails exchanged with that contact in your Outlook account. Click on an email and select View Email to open it in your Outlook browser. (Note: This is a temporary view; the email is not stored in Brokerage.)

• Gmail Integration:

  For Gmail users, a dedicated button searches your Gmail records and displays your email history for that contact. Again, the emails aren’t stored in Brokerage—they’re simply accessed quickly.
