Mass Updates to Contacts & Mortgages

Overview:

To streamline data management, Brokeredge lets you perform mass updates on contacts and mortgages—up to 100 records at a time.

How to Bulk Update:

• Contacts:
  • If you want to filter the contacts do that first (leads, partner type etc.) then select the results with the check box on the left side of the page.
  • Use the Mass Update button in the Contact view to update records by Borrower Stage or Campaign.
• Mortgages:
  • First select the mortgages you want to update using the check box on the left side of the page.
  • Update mortgages to a new stage directly using the Mass Update button.

Advanced Bulk Updates:

• If you need to update another field across multiple records, contact support at support@brokeredge.ca.
• Provide the record ID and the new field details.
• Retrieve the necessary data by exporting records from Reports (select the relevant model set).
