Tailoring Renewal Journeys

Brokeredge ensures that your renewal email journeys are focused and tailored to each client's specific situation. The system automatically excludes deals where a client has already started a new mortgage application on a property they already own, preventing redundant renewal prompts.

If you have a mortgage that you prefer not to include in the renewal journey, you can easily exclude it. Simply go to the old mortgage record—deals that are paid, funded, or external—and toggle the setting to exclude it from the renewal email workflow. Once saved, that deal will no longer trigger renewal emails.
