Merging Lender Names for Simplified Reporting

Submission platforms often send different variations of the same lender’s name (e.g., "TD," "TD Bank," "TD Bank Financial Group"), making it challenging to accurately track lender statistics. Brokeredge offers a grouping option to aggregate these names under one unified label.

How It Works

1. Group Lenders:
   • Navigate to the lender you want to group.
   • For example, if you have "TD Bank" and want it grouped with "TD," click on "TD Bank" and change its name to match the group (e.g., "TD Lender Group").

   • Save your changes.

     Reporting Benefits:

   • Once grouped, all reporting data will roll up under the unified lender group name rather than separate lender names.
   • You can use the drop-down menu to view a simplified list of grouped lenders.
