Email Workflow Rules

One of the main benefits of Brokeredge is the simplified email workflow for communicating with your clients as they move through your mortgage experience. Brokeredge comes pre-loaded with several suggested email workflows which you can use as is or customize. 

If you’re happy with the set up, just turn the workflow on and you’re ready to go. If you want to tweak the workflow, you can also do that very easily.

Email workflows are separated by client journey emails and mortgage journey emails:

Managing a Specific Workflow

Clicking on a particular email workflow will open it up into a new tab. If you're happy with the email as is, just turn it on by changing the 'Active' toggle.
