Email Setup & Sending in Brokeredge
Email Connection Options:
- Gmail and Outlook (with a note that Outlook requires a business account). You'll also see the emails sent from Brokeredge in your sent box.
- SMTP setup (with instructions to contact support)
Email Sending Limits:
- Gmail (2000 emails/day)
- Outlook (typically 1000 emails/day, up to 5000 if contacts are added to your database)
- Other providers (like Amazon SES, which may does not have limits)
How Can Emails Be Sent in Brokeredge:
- Ad hoc emails (using the email button on a contact or mortgage page)
- Mass emails (via the Email Dashboard)
- Automated emails (triggered by client journey workflows)
Managing Your Email Signature:
- Edit your email signature in your profile.
- If you face formatting issues, paste the HTML version of your signature.
Changing Your Email Provider:
Brokeredge does not allow direct email changes in the system. To update your email:
- Contact support@brokeredge.ca.
- Provide the details of the new email provider.
- We will update it on the backend.
