Email Setup & Sending in Brokeredge

Email Connection Options:

  • Gmail and Outlook (with a note that Outlook requires a business account). You'll also see the emails sent from Brokeredge in your sent box.
  • SMTP setup (with instructions to contact support)

Email Sending Limits:

  • Gmail (2000 emails/day)
  • Outlook (typically 1000 emails/day, up to 5000 if contacts are added to your database)
  • Other providers (like Amazon SES, which may does not have limits)

How Can Emails Be Sent in Brokeredge:

  • Ad hoc emails (using the email button on a contact or mortgage page)
  • Mass emails (via the Email Dashboard)
  • Automated emails (triggered by client journey workflows)

Managing Your Email Signature:

  • Edit your email signature in your profile.
  • If you face formatting issues, paste the HTML version of your signature.

Changing Your Email Provider:

Brokeredge does not allow direct email changes in the system. To update your email:

  1. Contact support@brokeredge.ca.
  2. Provide the details of the new email provider.
  3. We will update it on the backend.
