How to Upload Existing Mortgage Data from Scarlett

If you have not yet imported existing mortgage data, you can do so by downloading your existing data from Scarlett and upload it via your profile.

To get your mortgage data:

1. Log into the Scarlett portal - Deal Origination System
2. Go to Tools - Export

3. Select yourself as the agent, set the format to CSV 

   

4. Select the checkbox "Application Entry Date" and set fo the past 8 years 

   

5. Click "Export Now" and then download the report

To upload to Brokeredge: Go to 'My Profile', and click Import Data, then From Scarlet Extract.  The file will be imported overnight.

Please note:

1. The file must be a CSV (it typically is)
2. The date format in the file must match the upload settings (it usually does)
3. Make sure only your files are included (check column GT in the file)
