Create Automated Emails Using AI

You can use AI to assist in creating emails inside Brokeredge. This will save time also create the email with merge fields needed to pull information from the contact or mortgage itself.

To create an email using AI in an automated email

1. Click on the automation trigger you want to build an email for (click the + sign below the trigger title)

2. Add your timing details and click next

2. Once you get to the body of the messageclick "Generate with AI"

3. Enter your desire prompt for the email creation.

4. Once completed click "Generate Message" which then the AI will enter in the body of the email where you can edit it further from there.

5. Click "next" to finish and turn on with the "active" and you can also click "approve before sending" if you want to see a copy before its sent. Then click 'Finish'
