Tracking Email Open Rate

You can track the open rate on your emails in Brokeredge.

1. Go to the Emails & Communication Section

2. Go to 'Opened Emails' tab

3.From there you can see the past week, past month or past 3months range and can click on the graph to see who has opened (blue) and not opened (red)
