How to Extract Data from Brokeredge for Ownwell

1.Go to My Settings

  1. Select the 'Ownwell Extract' tab

  1. Select 'Generate Ownwell Files'

  1. Click 'OK' . This action will generate a list of all funded deals for upload to Ownwell. Any missing data items will be shown highlighted in red. You must update the missing data and hit refresh. You can then export the file to csv for upload to Ownwell.

  1. Once you see notice 'operation executed' you need to refresh your browser.

  1. Once the data is loaded you will notice any of the required missing data highlighted in red. Those fields must been completed. Note that some of the required fields are information Brokeredge does not pull, so you need to input them each time (example: household income)

If you right click on the highlighted field, it becomes editable.

  1. Once you have added in the missing data, select the 'refresh' button and the field should then show up as no longer highlighted in red.

Time saving Tip- If you select multiple records of the same dwelling type there is an option to 'Mass update Dwelling' and type in the chosen dwelling name and press 'Submit'.
