Emails Not Sending from Brokeredge

If your emails are not going through it may be that your email connection to your microsoft/gmail etc. email has expired and needs to be reconnected in Brokeredge.  Email providers require that this connection is re-authorized periodically, typically every few months, so we will usually notify you each time the new authorization is required. 

You can reconnect in just a few seconds. If this isn't completed, your automated emails will not be able to be sent on your behalf from the system.


*Be sure to be logged into your email you aim to connect, on your browser before doing this step.

Log in to Brokeredge, go to:

My profile>select the Actions dropdown button >and select Authenticate Email and make sure you select the email that is associated with you Brokeredge account.
