How to Send an Email to More then 100 Records at a Time

The key to sending a mass email out, without limiting yourself to the first 100 contact records, is to make sure you do not select the checkbox at the top at all. Leaving all selections blank will automatically include all contacts shown.

Leave this top checkbox empty (shown in image below). If the top checkbox is selected it will include only the 100 max contacts that are the results on that page.
