How to Turn an Automated Email Workflow Off

If you have turned on an automated workflow email and you now want to turn it off

1. Select and click on the corresponding square contains the email trigger you no longer want on.

2. Click the 'next' button all the way until you get to the section showing the 'active' and 'approve before sending' toggle.

3. Toggle the active button off.

4. Click 'Finish'

Once you have finished the toggle on the dashboard will appear grey.
