Sync Contacts with Google or Outlook
Brokeredge allows you to sync contacts with your Google or Outlook contacts—either by pulling contacts into Brokeredge or pushing contacts out to your external contacts. You can choose one direction or both. (We recommend just selecting one or the other to avoid potential overlap)
Steps to Sync Your Contacts:
- Access Your Profile:
Log in to Brokeredge and go to your profile.
Locate the Sync Toggles:
- Scroll down until you see two toggles.
- Toggle 1: Push contacts from Brokeredge to your Google/Outlook contacts.
Toggle 2: Pull contacts from your Google/Outlook contacts into Brokeredge.
Enable the Desired Sync:
- Turn on the toggle for the direction you want to sync:
- Pushing Contacts: New contacts created in Brokeredge will be forwarded to your Google or Outlook contacts.
Pulling Contacts: Contacts saved in your phone (or Google/Outlook) will sync into Brokeredge as prospects if they don’t already exist.
Save Your Settings:
- Scroll up and click Save to confirm your sync preferences.
Note:
- The sync process runs once a day.
- If a contact already exists (matched by name and email), Brokeredge will not update it.
- Brokeredge will not sync contacts without an email or phone number.
- Contacts are synced on a 'go-forward' basis after toggled on. A push will not apply to existing contacts.
