Creating a New Mortgage Manually

Overview:

While most mortgages are automatically created via your submission platform connection, you can manually create a mortgage if needed.

Steps to Create an External Mortgage:

1. Navigate to the Contact:
   • Go to the contact page for the main applicant.
2. Initiate the Creation:
   • Click the Create External Mortgage button.
   • This action pre-fills the applicant’s address and automatically links the new mortgage to the contact.
3. Complete the Details:
   • Fill in additional information such as a unique mortgage name, maturity date, and any other relevant details.

This method ensures the mortgage is linked to the correct contact while allowing you to input custom details.
