How to Integrate and Track Calls

Brokeredge streamlines your communication by allowing you to make and log calls directly from the platform.

Making Calls

  • On Desktop:
    • On a contact page, click the Call button.
    • If your phone is integrated with your desktop, the call will initiate directly.
  • On Mobile:
    • Tap the Call button on the mobile app, which launches your phone's calling function.

Tracking Call History

  • Manual Logging:
    • Scroll down on the contact page to the Calls module.
    • Click the Add button to manually log a call by entering a title, notes, and tracking the call time.
  • Automatic Logging via Zapier:
    • For those using a VoIP system like RingCentral, integrate with Zapier.
    • Set up a trigger to create a call record in Brokeredge, including details such as title, call time, recording link (if available), and phone number.
    • Brokeredge automatically matches the call record with the corresponding contact based on the phone number.
